SAKHI Refund and cancellation policy

Welcome to Sakhi. We are committed to providing high-quality digital services, including AI solutions, SEO services, digital marketing, content creation, website development, and media production services.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced. Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
• Any work completed before cancellation will be billed accordingly.
• Advance payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are generally not provided after service delivery has begun.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the client.
• Service could not be delivered due to technical or operational reasons from our side.
• Payment processed incorrectly.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing results depend on various external factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions.

Therefore:

• Rankings and traffic improvements cannot be guaranteed.
• Payments for SEO audits, keyword research, optimization, and marketing campaigns are non-refundable once work has started.

4. AI & Software Services

For AI tools, automation systems, software solutions, and digital products:

• Customized development services are non-refundable after project initiation.
• Subscription-based services may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

5. Film Production & Creative Services

For video production, editing, design, photography, and creative projects:

• Advance booking amounts are non-refundable.
• Production expenses already incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
• Completed creative work is not eligible for refunds.
